These Terms govern your use of NotifyMeRV, operated by NotifyMe LLC (a Wyoming limited liability company). By registering for or using NotifyMeRV, you agree to these Terms.
NotifyMeRV lets you register an RV or property and receive alerts by email and, if you opt in, by text message when someone scans your sticker or enters your ID to report a problem. Reports may include a description, issue type, optional photo, and location.
Important — please read. NotifyMeRV is a convenience notification service, not an emergency, security, or monitoring service. Alerts depend on someone noticing and reporting a problem and on networks outside our control, so they are provided on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed. Do not rely on NotifyMeRV as your only means of safety or protection. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
Never read or respond to an alert while driving. Pull over somewhere safe first.
You must be the age of majority in your province or state to use NotifyMeRV. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account secure, and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Reports are submitted by members of the public. We screen submitted photos and notes for inappropriate content, but we do not verify that any report is accurate, complete, or genuine, and we are not responsible for the content of reports. Reporters are anonymous to you. By using the service, you grant us permission to process, store, and deliver report content so we can provide alerts to you.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section, with notice where reasonably practicable.
You pay the price shown at sign-up for your sticker and the first year, then the yearly renewal price for each vehicle shown at sign-up, which may change as described below. Prices are before tax. Your subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel, and we charge the card you used. We email you a reminder before each renewal with the amount and how to cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@notifymerv.com; cancelling stops future renewals, and your alerts continue until the end of the year you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part of a year, except where the law requires it. If the yearly price ever changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you. Founding-member offers, where available, are described when you sign up. Prices are shown in USD.
Program: NotifyMe RV Alerts. If you opt in, we text you when someone reports a problem with a vehicle you registered, plus one confirmation text when you sign up and replies to HELP and STOP. We do not send marketing texts.
NotifyMeRV, its name, logo, stickers, and website are owned by NotifyMe LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own registered vehicles or property. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the service without our permission.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that alerts will always be delivered, timely, accurate, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NotifyMe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss or damage arising from a missed, delayed, inaccurate, or undelivered alert, or from your reliance on the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold NotifyMe LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, subject to any right you may have to bring a claim in your own province or state under consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For significant changes, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect, and the effective date above will change. If you don’t agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
